Redevelopment Overview:

Paradise Valley Mall and Urban Villages will undergo a multi-phase redevelopment encompassing landscaping, signage, renovation and a new anchor.

Phase I of the redevelopment will include renewed landscaping, a new sign package, the introduction of a new logo, and a renovation of Village Plaza.   The landscaping will extend from the intersection of Tatum Boulevard and Cactus Road to Paradise Village Parkway in each direction.  Palm trees and new desert landscaping will give the area an updated look.   New and improved signage will also be installed at Paradise Valley Mall and each Urban Village, exhibiting a modern color palette and the new icon.

Village Plaza, built in 1978, will be the first Urban Village to undergo a renovation as part of Phase I of the redevelopment.   The new look will incorporate a stone façade and updated color palette.

Phase II of the redevelopment centers around a new anchor for the former Macy’s building as well as interior improvements.  Paradise Valley Mall will see improved lighting, flooring, furniture, fixtures, and entrance features.   (More details and Urban Village remodel TBD.)
