Community Partnerships

Foundation for Public Education Supporting PVUSD
The Foundation for Public Education supporting Paradise Valley Unified School District has been a close community partner of the mall assisting in the adoption of Village Vista Elementary School.  Committed to furthering the education of PVUSD students, the mall team volunteers at various events and activities that provide funds for valuable programs such as the Hands on Science Center.

Village Vista Elementary School
Village Vista Elementary School is Paradise Valley Mall's adopted school located adjacent to the shopping center.  Mall staff enjoys volunteering time as well as sponsoring their advanced reading curriculum costs each year.  Village Vista places a heavy emphasis on reading as a part of life-long learning.  We encourage our community to join us in supporting our local area schools.

St. Mary's Food Bank
For the last several years, Paradise Valley Mall has chosen to volunteer their time to St. Mary's Food Bank.  Each month, a group of mall volunteers take the afternoon to go lend a hand and help out with the packaging of food and other personal items for distribution.  St. Mary's Food Bank is dedicated to raising awareness about the realities of hunger and poverty.   

United Blood Services Donation Partnership
In partnership with United Blood Services, Paradise Valley Mall hosts several blood drives throughout the year to ensure an adequate amount of blood is available to those in need. Please check with Guest Services for dates and locations.

Contribution Requests

Each year, Paradise Valley Mall, will contribute a preset amount of funds in the form of Westcor Gift Cards, merchandise and use of property to a diverse group of organizations. Hundreds of requests are anticipated each year. Donation recipients may include civil organizations' education programs; food banks; foundations; hospitals and healthcare organizations; youth programs; performing arts and museums and many more. Each request is reviewed carefully, however, not all requests can be granted.
