Inner Brat’s Guide to the Light:
Inviting the Inner Child to Reveal Hidden Hopes
(2 hour Workshop by Josette Bergeron)

Purpose of Workshop

To create a safe and playful space to engage in a specific inquiry to the subconscious about hidden resentments or fears that may persist in the present, to connect with deeper wisdom and resolve to nurture and love ourselves in ways that will support our hopes and dreams.

How It Works

By shifting our awareness inwardly with the willingness to learn more about ourselves, and expressing our feelings through playful exercises in a safe space, a direct dialogue is possible that may reveal secret longings, fears, resentments, and associations that have been unclear. With new information, we can acknowledge and address more consciously, feelings and thoughts that may have held us back.

Meet Your Facilitator: Josette Bergeron

Josette has spent most of her life serving others by sharing her insight as an educator, facilitator, prayer chaplain, blessing-giver, coordinator, counselor, sponsor and speaker. Her communities have included many faith traditions, people in recovery, mental health patients, homeless women and children, social activist collectives, counter-cultural communes, artists, musicians, and countless punk rockers. She is a classically trained cellist, visual artist, writer, performer, and trivia buff. She moved to Phoenix from Houston with her partner Sean in 2015 to experience the Loving Groups community led by Sharon Winningham, and to earn her certification as a Master Integrative Life Coach.
What Josette enjoys most is engaging people to express their own deepest feelings, fears, hopes, and desires – and working with them to allow their obstacles to happiness to fall away.
